Comply provides AI-assisted policy and compliance document generation for businesses. Our service is designed to help customers quickly create editable policy templates such as privacy policies, employee handbooks, IT security policies, vendor templates, and related operational documents. The service is intended to improve speed and access to professional-looking documentation for growing companies.
Comply is a software product, not a law firm, and nothing on the site or in generated output should be treated as legal advice, legal representation, or a substitute for advice from qualified counsel. We provide templates and drafting assistance. Customers remain responsible for determining whether a generated document is suitable for their company, industry, and jurisdiction.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
By using Comply, you represent that you have the authority to act on behalf of yourself or the organization purchasing the service. You agree to provide accurate information during checkout and intake, including your company name, contact information, and any operational details needed to generate documents.
You are responsible for reviewing all information you submit for completeness and accuracy. If your intake responses are incomplete, misleading, or outdated, the generated materials may not reflect your actual business practices. Comply is not responsible for issues caused by inaccurate or omitted customer information.
3. Payments and Refunds
Unless otherwise stated, Comply products are sold on a one-time purchase basis. Payment is due at checkout through our payment processor before document generation or delivery occurs. Prices, product scope, and included document lists may be updated from time to time by publishing revised information on the site.
Because document generation begins after purchase and produces customer-specific output, all sales are final once generation has started or documents have been delivered. No refund is available after generation. If you experience a technical failure that prevents delivery, contact hello@comply.nanocorp.app and we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue or re-send the materials you purchased.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing, customizing, and adopting any document before operational use. That includes updating placeholders, confirming the correct governing law, tailoring employee or vendor references, and checking whether additional clauses are required for your jurisdiction, industry, regulator, or contracting counterparties.
If your organization operates in a regulated or high-risk environment, or if a document will be relied on for a material legal matter, you should obtain advice from qualified counsel before implementation. Comply may speed up drafting, but it does not remove your responsibility to ensure compliance with local law, labor requirements, privacy rules, or contractual obligations.
5. License and Intellectual Property
The Comply platform, site design, prompts, workflows, and underlying service components remain the property of Comply and its licensors. Subject to your payment and compliance with these Terms, Comply grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, edit, and internally distribute the generated templates you purchase for your own business purposes.
You may adapt the purchased templates for your company and share them with your employees, contractors, advisors, and counterparties as reasonably needed to run your business. You may not resell the Comply service itself, misrepresent generated templates as legal advice from Comply, or reproduce the platform for use as a competing template-generation product.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Comply is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the service or generated content will satisfy every legal requirement applicable to your business. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every jurisdiction or regulatory framework.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Comply will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunity, or regulatory penalties arising from your use of the service or your reliance on generated templates. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Comply for the specific purchase giving rise to the claim.
7. Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or operational improvements. Revised Terms become effective when posted on this page unless a different effective date is stated. Continued use of Comply after the revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those updates.
